Fill out the application, you must have the following with your application:

1- Application filled out completely

2- Check made out to IATSE Local 489 for $225.00 (partial application fee)

Total application fee is $400.00

3- Resume

4- Sponsor

You must have an E-Board member sponsor your application

Once your application has been submitted:

1- Your application is check by the Application Committee for any errors and for proper credentials.

2- First reading at an E-Board meeting (1st Month)

3- Second Reading at an E-Board meeting (2nd Month)

4- Vote at E-Board meeting (3rd Month)

5- Application is sent to the International for final Approval (3 Weeks)

6- Once approved you will be notified that you have become a member.

You will be sent a Constitution and By-Laws

You will also be notified of your current balance

along with the date to be sworn in
