Members in Good standing will be able to add and remove their name from the "Availability List".

Each member will be responsible for updating their resume, work classifications and contact information.  489 will assist any member in transfering their resume into an electronic format. This data will be placed in the Availability Page and allow producers to check availability for their project from the current day and 6 months into the future. 

Department Heads will see their phone time reduced when instantly able to check their departments for available members.

Each member will submit a form that will identify them as members or applicants of Local 489.  George Jaber and Chip Eccles have administrative capabilities to assist any members with their access. 

Some elements will be improved.  As members log on,  more features will be added. We're not done yet! 

Because of privacy issues; we will list only names and categories in the "public" areas.  The "members only" section will contain only contact information; phone numbers and email addresses.  The "Producers" section will contain contact info and resumes. There are some members who do not want to share their information with other members.
